The project scope includes a six-story, 333-unit stick-frame building, partially constructed on a concrete podium. It is a mixed-use development with both retail and residential spaces, featuring high-end amenities, including a 5-foot deep pool. The construction was phased, with permits for five different buildings. Overall, the role involved managing the entire construction process for three of the five buildings, from close-in inspections to building sign-off and owner acceptance. The responsibilities also included leading two assistants to ensure that phase turnover dates were met as agreed upon with the owner and management team.
